The S2A approach is going hand in hand with what we call BPM3. What is it?

We learned that in order to ensure accelerated and more sustainable implementation of improvements, mastering processes is a MUST HAVE capability for (almost) any company. And definitely so, as e-commerce and “digitization” are becoming reality.

But classic Business Process Management too often is not recognized as the key enabler for agility and effectiveness by business leaders. Hence, Avineo developed BPM3 integrating Business Process, Performance and Policy Management as a means for Top-Management to link corporate strategy with operational action.
